5 out of 5 stars HA! Finebaum the useful idiot   November 16, 2004

We all know by now that Finebaum is an opportunist who pretends to hate every school that has some basketball/football program, but this book provides a handy reference for fUCLA, which is long overdue for ridicule. 1 thing it does not touch upon (probably because of time of publishing) is that USC OWNS fUCLA in both hoops and football for four years and counting...

BTW Looks like there's been a lot of bRuins hanging out here to wait out the USC college football dynasty. Do not despair teddy bears: I heard that your menopausal poetry reading team is on a roll! You'll be in the national spotlight since winning hoops in '95...

Oh BTW did I help you with this review, bRuins? If so, I knew menopausal poetry was right for you HEHE. If not, glad to have bRuined your day -

HAHAHAHAHAHA

51-21 Trojans. Four years in a row. Enough said.

1 out of 5 stars This book thoroughly reeks!   February 1, 2001

I am neither a UCLA nor a USC fan. I bought the book for entertainment. Unfortunately, this book did everything but entertain. It was boring, had stupid humor, and focused too much on football. I am going to tell you the messages this book was trying to convey so that you can save your money:

Bruins are poor Football players are stupid Cheerleaders are fat Professors are incompetent

There you have it, the whole book.

Instead of wasting five bucks on this drivel (and that goes for the rest of this guy's "I Hate" books), go to Westwood Village and buy a Bruin a beer.

1 out of 5 stars I tried to read this book....   December 21, 1999

I tried to read this book but it had so many big words in it .... Thank gosh my USC application was not so tough to read... I'm an English major too here at USC. and while my gramer is not good my credit was good.

I am happy to see us get back at UCLA because they always outdo us in everything. THey deserve it because everybody is always "UCLA this, UCLA won that...!" I am starting inferiority complex after spending even just a couple months here at USC. GO Trogans!
